Unilever Food Solutions developed #MenusDelFuturo: a report on gastronomy trends for 2023. A comprehensive, data-driven study designed to bring real solutions to chefs around the world. An incredible experience where chefs from Unilever Food Solutions together with the masters Dolli Irigoyen, Rodrigo Ayala and Christina Sunae, presented three of the eight trends: Zero Waste Menu, Sharing 2.0 and Irresistible Vegetables.
